We will make every effort to create for you a piece that is as close to the original item. ARE YOU PURCHASING A GIFT? Gift boxing is available for most items at bad pony for just $3 each. If you're stumped as to what to purchase for the horse or dog lover on your list, give us a call. We'll be more than happy to help you make a selection based on the individual preferences of the person you are shopping for. bad pony GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are available and will arrive to the recipient in special packaging with a personal note from you. Available on-line or buy calling Kathy. RETURNS ARE ON US: Every order from badpony.com will be shipped with two copies of your invoice and a pre-paid return label. Please indicate on your invoice if you would like to return or exchange your item. Simply re-package your item in the original box with one copy of your invoice (please keep the other for your records). Affix the pre-paid return label to the box and drop off at any Fed-Ex location. When we receive your item we will either credit your account promptly, or in the case of an exchange, we will ship you your new item the same day. TRUNK SHOWS: We want to meet our customers and hear what you would like to see bad pony create. Each season we will be hosting a trunk show in a different location.
